Stadium suite AV workaround
How to get slides on the suite screens when the house AV path is locked, delayed, or opaque.
Suites often have a house matrix you cannot freely drive. Arrive with: (1) your own laptop, (2) USB-C→HDMI, (3) a portable HDMI stick or Chromecast-class device if the suite allows guest inputs, and (4) a fallback plan to present from a phone hotspot to a secondary display. Confirm with venue ops the day before which input is guest-accessible. Do not assume AirPlay to the suite TV will work on event day. Caveat: some venues forbid personal sticks — ask first and bring a printed one-pager if the deck fails.
